Find out themaxsandelin's Instagram I know I talk a lot about books but this one book I just finished was surprisingly entertaining, inspiring and educational. I can’t find a better word than educational because there was a lot to learn in the book but it was far from a book containing just plain facts. It was Richard Branson’s book “Screw It, Let’s Do It - Lessons in life and Business”. I didn’t know much about Richard in terms of his life and his accomplishments nor did I know he was such a huge advocate for human rights, the environment and education to mention a few. His experience and lessons is something I will for sure take with me on my own adventure in business and in life, but the book wasn’t just for learning new things. It was a huge inspiration and Richard is very good at telling stories that captivates you and makes you almost feel like you were there, seeing and feeling what he saw and felt. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for inspiration or just a good read that doesn’t contain wizards or monsters. Getting back to work after reading such a good book can be hard, that is directing my focus on what I need to accomplish. I tend to take it easy though as forcing yourself to do certain things tends to lead to bad results and negative effects on yourself. I’m a huge believer in controlling your emotions and taking responsibility to do the things that needs doing but might not be fun at all. Thought that doesn’t mean you have to make yourself miserable in the process. This week has contained less work which has been both relaxing but also a bit “boring”, but like I’ve said before I try my best to appreciate not having things to do sometimes. Have been working on support for a client that uses my CMS and just sent over an offer to extend the feature sets and improving their current solution. Looking forward to improving on some old work and helping an old client. Also got in touch with an old co-worker from Volvo Cars this morning who wanted to meet for lunch and talk about an opportunity. All in all, the week is coming along great and I hope you guys are having a great week as well. Keep up that hustle! 💪🏻 1431116591851974196_280147410
