OFFSITE & OUTDOOR WORKOUT TOMORROW OCT 4th!!! WHAT IS AN OFFSITE WORKOUT? Kids Fitness League is committed to improving and expanding your child's knowledge and experiences related to personal health, fitness, and wellness. Our Offsite workouts take place somewhere other then our facility to teach children that they can workout, even when they aren't at the gym and don't have very many resources. WHEN? We will be having our very first Offsite Workout this Tuesday, October 4th. All class times will remain the same but will be an additional 10 minutes long (to make a full 60 minutes). 5-8 Year Olds: 5pm-6pm 9-12 Year Olds: 6pm-7pm 13-17 Year Olds: 7pm-8pm WHERE? Riverside Kiwanis Park, Windsor ON (off Lauzon - Take Little River Rd. All the way down to the round about) See Pic Below for Picture of where to park :) WHY? The point of Tuesday's Offsite workout is to show children that they can workout anywhere and without having any "real" equipment!
